Mar 6, 2010. #2. Hi mate, Its a shame to hear that, it does sound like the classic 1.3 multijet turbo failure. I had the same with mine a few months ago. Fairly common on that engine. If its NOT covered under your warranty, there are plenty or replacement units about, at around £150.
I would be assume as a complete unit. Lancia Musa JTD - 68 HP 1.3D. Fiat Punto JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Fiat Panda JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Fiat Doblo JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Vauxhall Corsa CDTi - 70 HP 1.3D. would be okay. but you will need to double check as this is guesswork. Warning pretty sure the Corsa 1.2D isnt the same but looks the same.

Starts fine every time, but after about a minute the idle fluctuates up and down and white smoke comes from exhaust. Van drives totally fine. Once it’s warm then this doesn’t happen, but for the first 10 mins of driving, If I stop at traffic lights or a queue then idle starts going up and down and the white smoke appears.

Feb 19, 2017. #12. My 2007 Cargo 1.9 sx with 60k clutch became notchy just lately with gear engagement being difficult. On turning a sharp right bend on a hill I noticed the brake dash light flash on so I checked the fluid to find it low. On inspection I noticed the clutch slave cylinder had been sick over the bell housing.
Needing help finding torque settings for the cylinder head bolts, main crank bearing bolts and big end bearing bolts on my 2014 Doblo 1.3 16V Multijet. Just in the process of a full rebuild following one of the big end bearings picking up on the crank
It’s a 2014 plate registered jan 2015. On starting van the amber glow plug light was flashing. I did start up correctly. Turning ignition to electrics and waiting for the glow plug symbol. To go out. Which was a second or so as it was 25 degrees 😣. When I noticed glow plug light flashing I restarted van and it didn’t come back on.

clean of the diesel tank and EGR valve/inlet manifold. Do you have a receipt and is on it some liquid to clean the tank and EGR This works for a few month and the problem wil be back, I don't think they took the hole tank of it to do a proper cleaning I think they just threw some cleaning product in it.
6. May 26, 2015. #1. Just had fun with my 06 Doblo 1.3 Multijet. It let me down twice, would not start when Hot. The RAC man said it was the starter motor. So got a new started motor fitted £190 and the first time l use it the same thing happened again. Then it would not start from cold, so looked on this forum and found a bit on MAP's.
